At Camp Louemma we hire exceptional staff members who want to make a difference. They are leaders who are prepared to work hard, care for others, be responsible, build relationships with campers and other staff members and have the best summer of their lives!

Most of our staff members have had camping experience and love to work in the outdoors. Many of our counselors and support staff are veterans, who have grown up at camp and keep coming back year after year. We are always happy to welcome new staff members with fresh ideas and a unique perspective into the Camp Louemma family.

As a staff member, you will have an opportunity to work with children from ages 7-15. Our counselor staff is made up of college students who are dedicated to working with children. Our supervisory staff members are dedicated to ensuring that the campers and staff members are well taken care of in a fun and safe environment. Many are educators (teachers, guidance counselors, social workers, and school psychologists) and parents themselves.
